Wonderful prenatal massage! Akiko was so fantastic at relieving my pains and aches from pregnancy. She acutely pointed out what posture I was doing that led to that pain. Get a Treatment Plan

You should get noticeable relief from your first massage! However, most pain issues simply don't disappear after only one massage and carrying to term is a marathon, not a sprint. 


The recommended plan for a much less painful term is massage once a month during the 1st & 2nd trimesters and bi-weekly during the 3rd trimester to help you get through the worst of the shifts to your body that happen. Of course you can come more often if you are in real distress!
